Polyhierarchy "Solar filaments" as child concept of "Solar activity."

Add child concepts of "Solar filaments": Active region filaments Polar crown filaments

Aimee Norton (AAS editor) recommended deprecation of Penumbral filaments.

Polar crown filaments are listed as NPT of Quiescent solar prominence... is this true?

Penumbral filaments rejected based on feedback from Aimee Norton. Polar crown filaments left as NPT of Quiescent prominence.
