Add concept "Solar chromosphere-corona transition region" as child of "Solar atmosphere"

How does this differ from the existing "Solar transition region" found as child of "Solar corona"?

I don't think it's any different...

Moving transition region to be child of solar atmosphere and adding scope note to concept: "Solar transition region is a region of the Sun's atmosphere, between the chromosphere and corona."
