might fit better under, or at least related to, Earth's atmosphere?
Moved to child of "Earth atmosphere" as it seems to fit there better. Would be open to moving again or deprecating in the future should that be needed.
Is "Diffuse radiation" a valid concept? Perhaps this a need scope note or definition.
