SEQ/Ps for dual IF does not produce proper HTML documentation #51

the summary creation for dual IF SEQ/Ps (and probably SEQ/Bs as well) broke when we implemented the 0 and 1 suffix for SEQ/Map. Example is MonR2: 110416 (commisioning) but also 2024-S1-UM-3
