Equipment - Make dropping the equipment modules in empty space apply to entire sides. #125

I see it working something like this:

User drops the existing module in empty space (i.e. not on a unit)
User is presented with dialog to choose the side to apply the change to
The user chooses the side (All Sides, NATO, AAF, etc..) and then all units that exist on that side will have the equipment change applied to them

Make this apply to:

[x] Remove NVG's
[x] Force Lights On/Off/Auto
[x] Add/Remove Thermals

Could you maybe add options to force the flashlights/lasers for whole sides? How does the Arsenal save and copy work? Can you add a function which adds flashlights to all units of a side?

You can now actually enable NVG's as well (as of afdfe04d5b5953ce311f04874b6a88954580e4c2 )
