While useful in some context, when I save a setup in a town after using the add all items to zeus function, it seems to grab some of the map assets like buildings in with the data. This creates problems later when pasting as you get duplicate buildings with 2 sets of doors or destroying the buildings.
I can see how this might be handy, and should remain or be expanded in some context, but the ability to ignore default map assets (or map modules) would be more predictable for pasting in urban environments.
