Zeus base/fob compositions not working. #228

When you're in Zeus and press the multiplayer tab and then the yellow tab. You can select which base/FOB composition you want but you can't place them on the map.

Have seen the same issue from time to time. It seems to work when I am using Zeus when testing directly from the editor but when in a game itself with other players it refuses to function more times than not.
