Require more than one person entering and leaving mission area to create mission failure #39

Had someone land a bird to hop out and hop back in and cause the mission to fail because it counted as reaching the mission area and leaving again. Need to not count aerial vehicles and single units in the failure consideration.

If someone's tackling the mission solo for god only knows what reason, I figure they deserve to have extra chances.
