[Bug]: Filters are removed from view if tag filter option "Any" is used #428

What happened?

Observed Behaviour: Filter is removed from a view if the filter uses tags and the option "Any" instead of the default "All". Expected Behaviour: Filter should stay in place and filter by "Any" of the selected tags.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a view
  2. Select the view
  3. Set filter rules using tags and the option "All"
  4. Apply filter to view via "Save changes" View uses filter as intended
  5. change filter rule to tag-option "Any"
  6. Apply changes via "Save changes"
  7. Change to other view
  8. Change back to investigated view View has no filter
