Remove unused MRR messages #87

Resolves #86 and resolves #35.

After closer review of all messages, it turns out that a lot of the messages aren't sent by the MRR. Removed all non-MRR messages and update any message fields that are wrong. Also added two missing messages: MrrStatusRadar and MrrStatusCanVersion
