Updating DBC file with AUX reports and removing unused msgs. #11

All currently-used AUX reports are now populated. Removed steering_rpt_2 and steering_rpt_3 because the included data are now in steering_aux_rpt. Moved 2 shift position values to veh_specific_rpt_1.

FYI - the build failed because of some changes that have been made to astuff_sensor_msgs that haven't been propagated to this repo yet. I'm working on those in a different PR and since this is only for the DBC file, you can ignore the build failures.
