Numerical Icons? #120

Hey guys, this just hit me as I was mapping out some routes today - was
thinking maybe "numerical" icons might be helpful..you know, just a generic
"1-10".

Yes, I know that opens up a pandora's box for the guy wanting #11 ;)  But
maybe 1-20 or so might cover many items?

Just an idea!

Hello Matt 
I think it's Christmas already because the numerical icons 
were dine a couple of months ago, for 0-20.
One contributor made black 21-100 but I still need to upload 
them.

Isn't that great ? :)
