City icons category ? #76

I have got a suggestion by a Brazilian friend, to create city icons.

 * Big city
 * Small city (village)

My problem is... I don't know what category to use.

 * Tourism ?
 * Administration ?
 * Transportation ?

Right now, I would say Transportation. But any help is welcome.
