Batch test experiments and add two datasets #43

This pull request has two main updates, the first is enabling batch test experiments and the second is add two datasets, year and airline regression.

The bosch and epsilon datasets are not added yet because a PostgreSQL table has at most 1600 columns, but these two datasets has more than 1600 features.
