Use Nectary's Configuration to retrieve target SOLR endpoint #58

PR should:

Retrieve URL for SOLR endpoint from config.conf in root project directory.
Place a sample config file in project root.

The only thing missing is the sample config

Also could you add a quick section to the README.md under getting started that lets everyone know they need to copy the config.conf.sample to config.conf and modify it accordingly.
