Bear Transit routing retrofitted + UI fixes

Included:

• All the routing / line request stuff when you press "Go" has been converted to retrofit with help from @ylkao

• 83 resolved

• Whatever controllers were used before (Line and Route) are now deleted
• Small ui tweaks - moving bus time in route select screen a little bit to the right, and fixing the cropped off line information in the next screen:

Todo:

• Probably clean up transformer code / remove instances and instead initialize the variables in MapsFragment itself
• Retrofit live bus information - shouldn't be as difficult
• Clean up the UI a little more

agreed with @ylkao. Good job @sidthesquid ! This was one of the tougher issues, but things look good -- and work! Hope you learned lots. We can go back and clean things up in the future and write documentation, perhaps when we merge in the new infra logic. approving
