Bug: Wrong Information #137

What kind of bug is it? Wrong Information

Which page is the problem on? Catalog

What system is this happening on? Chrome,Firefox,Mac,Literally everything

What class/schedule is having the issue? (BIO 1A, CS 61A etc.) ESPM 100

If Other, please describe the issue in more detail and steps to replicate ESPM 100 should not have been listed as an H/SS course under Fall 2019 semester. Fix all H/SS issues.

Update: H/SS courses have now been updated for Spring 2020, but not for Fall 2019 yet. (#135)

PR #148 fetches and saves L&S breadths by semester
