feat: Terms #713

Major updates:

Update getCourseList to include formatted courses
Implement a course browser querying the course list
Strongly typed scraping, adding the Terms API and replacing axios with the native fetch
Implemented a basic Term module

Minor changes:

Removed any unused dependencies
Updated to the latest version of node:slim
Updated all dependencies
