Directory page displays people's names incorrectly.

Describe the bug Long names captured within the directory page tend not to display well on certain browser widths.

To Reproduce Visible right now at https://rege.engineering.asu.edu/people/. Names on this live site should serve as a good sample of a more varied name length than the demo site contained.

Additional context

• Possible remediations include presenting all of the people on that page in a single column. At near-moble widths and smaller, this problem is less prevalent.
• Also consider a smaller font-size for the name if it approaches a certain string length. Or at least a utility class that can be added to longer names manually.

Refactored the display of the details for the directory page. No more absolute positioning of elements, which caused the overlapping display. Now that the elements are back in their normal order, they wrap with a much more predictable pattern.

Adjusted the display to a single column of names and took out some of the spacing of the labels to make a more compact end result. The single column is more intuitive for drag-drop reordering of the people on the page.
