Noto Nastaliq dots positioning #353

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. اِنتقام
2. چِیلے
3. پلٹتے
4. مچلتے
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. The dot from noon mixes up with 'ta'
2, 3, 4: in case of چ پ the lowest dot is covered by ے
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X
(Double dots for ی in چیلے are also there) ... (The distance between alef 
and noon in اِنتقام appears to large).
