Noto Nastaliq Urdu Draft is not joining Saraiki letters #372

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Writing Saraiki , the letters are not joined. 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Add Saraiki  support.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Noto Nastaliq on windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

Since we have just delivered a new version of Noto Urdu Nastaliq, it is no 
longer productive to report problems encountered with the draft version of 
several months ago.

Also, reported problems must provide enough data to allow us to reproduce the 
same text.

Kindly add Saraiki letters in Noto Nastaliq font seven ٻ ڄ ڊ ݙ ڳ ݨ ــ . 
Some letters are not joined in proper way, this bug be remove.And font renamed 
as Noto Nastaliq instead of Noto Nastaliq Urdu. Because it covers others 
languages also.
