The customer report is for Android.

The problem turns out that U+2252 comes from Noto Sans CJK, while the rest come 
from Noto Sans Symbols.

Ken, What do you think about the size of U+2252? Can it be shortened to match 
U+2250..2253 in Noto Sans Symbols (if it doesn't cause other inconsistency).

U+2252 is included Source Han Sans / Noto Sans CJK because it is included in 
the major CJK standards (GBK for China, Big Five for Taiwan, JIS X 0208 for 
Japan, and KS X 1001 for Korea), and the expectation is that its glyph be 
full-width.
