android version and running 2 device #19

is ottrun nagios client app or serveralarms can't run on 2 device android with the same url or problem with android version?

i run ottrun and serveralarms nagios client successfully on 1st device, android version 6 and when i run ottrun nagios on 2nd device (android version 9) with url the same as url first device. error incoret url, username or password. please help me. thank you

Both apps are designed to run same Nagios server on multiple devices. Are you able to open your Naiogs server in the device browser?

yes, nagios can open on browser. app very well on android v6, but error on android v9, i think its problem on version android. sorry if i wrong

@asuknath this apps run well on android v6 but same error android v9.

I have tried it on 2 devices with Android version 6 and 1 Android device version 9. The application runs well on 2 Android devices version 6 and error on Android device version 9. Error messages, login failed. please check your username, password and nagios server url

I have tested on Samsung Note 10+ without any issue. Could you please check app permission under your device settings?

is there a special setting on the device, I use the default settings
