[3338-v12] Tilde key doesn't work #102

The ~` key (left of number keys on my keyboard) doesn't work on the staging build (but does work on the offi build)

Left alt appears to be impossible to bind (reported by Osmal).

Both issues will probably be fixed in 4137-v2.
