Get rid of the legacy console? #59

Now that we have a cleaner imgui console, we could get rid of the legacy IrrConsole.

Several problems however:

It is still used for the chat.
The new imgui console still uses IrrConsole's message list.
Logging is still done through IrrConsole.
IrrConsole is probably tightly coupled to the command handling code.
