Local changes as fix done for XNNPackDelegate that has been commented out fixes the issue on iOS. If this is reflected on the UPM core packages as well, it would be easier to use.

Fixes of XNNPackDelegate to be reflected on UPM core packages.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Referencing the GitHub url directly rather than the UPM core packages. This would be an unorthodox workaround that we don't prefer to approach. Through UPM, all processes would become cleaner.
