DORA metrics should be able to detect and flag anomalies in their data. Each anomaly should display an indicator for the respective day. Report sheets that fly out after clicking on a single day, the report should indicate whether an anomaly exists.

Added detection reference lines for anomalies. Flyout reports now indicate an anomaly.
