Design Spec PatternFly component reference

Overlay screen that displays an editable attachment. Used for code snippets.

Supports:

Object title
Object meta
Code contents (via code editor)
Save action
Cancel action

Review comps to see if we need to display an expand action to make the window larger. Or automatically detect and broaden the width further only when on this screen.
