PatternFly 6 Tokens

Configure the chatbot to import PatternFly 6 design tokens. Also provide a mechanism to stash localized design tokens, such as motion/animation. We'll extend PF6 tokens where applicable and localize them to the chatbot.

PF6 design tokens/CSS variables imported and tested. Stylesheet created to stash scoped styling rules and extensions, as needed. We'll likely reorganize the styles once we have components properly architected in the file structure.
