Strange behavior on Internet Explorer #9

When scrolling inside a box using the scroll bars, drag-scrolling would still continue after leaving cursor from the scroll bar on Internet Explorer 11. There are no problems when drag-n-drop in the area.

It seems that it has been fixed in 2dbe9a6.
