I want to add a scroll to top button.

Why is this feature useful?

This would help us reach the top of the page by just clicking on it and would save us time of manually scrolling to the top.

Feature Description Making a button to reach the top of the website

Provide a detailed description of the feature User reaching the bottom of the site struggles to get to the top where i can implement this feature using react-scroll-top
