moving dns lookup from SmtpClient to SmtpTransport, this means some api calls are not async anymore
implement ConnectionType in SmtpClient to distinguish between Direct and Socks5 connection
Change SmtpTransport.connect to create the socks5 or direct connection
add example showing how to use socks5 with async-smtp

I don't think this is ever released. Can we get a new release with this @dignifiedquire ?
