feat: Improve Transient,Permanent error strings #53

Hey! I sometimes have trouble understanding the error message. For example, I get a PermanentNegativeCompletion with the following error:

permanent: gmx.net (mxgmx117) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available

Any objections to improve it to:

permanent: gmx.net (mxgmx117) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available; No SMTP service; IP address is block listed.; For explanation visit https://www.gmx.net/mail/senderguidelines?c=bl
