There is a need for a tool that can be plugged into any workflows and optimize documents that are generated from code, but not only.

I propose we add @aeworxet as a code owner. I justify this for the following contribution:

- 212
based on the request from @derberg I am removing him.
I assume @magicmatatjahu also wants to remove himself based on @derberg's comment.
