Specification extensions #135

Hi @tehmantra

How should I proceed if I would like to add specification extensions. Is there any way to do it in the current version of Saunter? https://www.asyncapi.com/docs/specifications/v2.3.0#specificationExtensions

There is no support for specification extensions today. I'd be open to accepting a PR to add it. Otherwise, I will add this to the backlog.
