Why do we need this improvement?

Allows for clear ownership of the project. Was suggested in the discussion topic https://github.com/asyncapi/community/discussions/1140#discussioncomment-9056735

How will this change help?

Allows clear ownership and easier for user to find the package

How could it be implemented/designed?

Package is bumped to a version to match supported Schema
All classes have their namespace prefixed with AsyncAPI
Nuget package is renamed to AsyncAPI.Saunter
current package is deprecated & downloads transferred to new package.
