Evaluate adoption of the new Parser API in Go Parser #92

Based on the new Parser API definition, evaluate the effort for adopting it in the https://github.com/asyncapi/parser-go.

Note that https://github.com/asyncapi/parser-go it's not in feature parity with https://github.com/asyncapi/parser-js, that's the reason of this issue.
