The second button does not show, how can i have that?

@magnaapps This is not related to bigbluebutton-mp4-transcription. How ever you can enable live caption on your bigbluebutton(v2.6) by editing /usr/share/meteor/bundle/programs/server/assets/app/config/settings.yml. Look for audioCaptions section in settings.yml and enable it. And restart the bigbluebutton server
