remove robot entry_point #84

Thanks for RESTInstance, and congratulations on the recent release!

We're working with RESTinstance in conda over on this training environment, and noted that the source includes a conflicting file with robotframework, namely bin/robot. Since it's a dependency here, yours will usually win, which could introduce... problems... down the line! :japanese_ogre:

I see. Well, I have no reason to win this one. I think these should be defined on the Robot Framework side anyway and not in libraries.

Thanks for pointing this out. I much like your work on robotkernel and robotlab.
