Issue 77: Fix keyword name annotations #86

Hi there, This would appear to fix https://github.com/asyrjasalo/RESTinstance/issues/77. I have a preference that keywords should be capital camel case, but if you wanted this done in lowercase I'll happily resubmit as such. Thanks for your time!
