Breakpoint v3.0.0 is incompatible with Python libsass #191

Follow up to https://github.com/sass/libsass-python/issues/449 . https://github.com/at-import/breakpoint/commit/8f400aaad7ad4c8f28e0901506a3fa124fc063c4 and other commits moved the library to sass:math which is not supported in Python's libsass: https://discourse.gohugo.io/t/cant-use-sass-math-div/33087

The incompatibility leads to errors like this one:

Downgrading to breakpoint 2.x works around the issue
