Nginx config

though it's easy to use php built in server, we still need nginx config file. Currently there are two solutions

Use PHP built in server and Nginx

• nginx serve static file
• nginx proxy non file request to 8080 port, we use php built in server to listen on 8080

Pros:

• PHP built in server will log to console instead of file, making it easier to see errors
• CORS problem won't appear, since we all use bform.lk as domain

Cons:

• need to manually run util/serve to start php built in server

  Only use Nginx

Pros:

• everything is running once vagrant is up and running

Cons:

• need to tail log file to see errors
