though http://foundation.zurb.com/ provides some bootstrap templates, but it does not support ng2 and is close coupled with ng1, like route etc .... guess I will just stick with ng2 + bs4. Though the front end for this project does not require much responsive...

https://github.com/mgechev/angular2-seed another seed, I don't quite like https://github.com/AngularClass/angular2-webpack-starter .... but I don't think I have enough time to worry about this, spent too much time on irrelevant things.
