Help documents not pulled with atserver 3.5.x

Describe the bug Help documents are not pulled from atvise server 3.5.x.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Start and configure an atscm project with atvise server 3.5.1
• Run atscm pull
• Help documents are missing

Expected behavior Help documents should be stored to the filesystem like in atserver <=3.4.1

Additional context It seems like atserver 3.5.x does not store the help documents as child nodes of the displays/scripts they document. We need to find out where they are stored now.

• The help documents for library displays/scripts are now located in atbuilder's installation directory. They should be linked somehow.
• User-created help documents are stored alongside the displays/scripts, it just seems the reference type changed.
