How to compile files together ? #83

Hi, this may be a noob question.

After I bundle-extract a .000.unity3d file, i get a .000 file, that can be decompiled into the assets (.wav, .ogg, etc... files).

After I change a wav file, how can I add it to the .000 or directly to the .000.unity3d ?
