[x] duplicated files
[ ] don't show git user, if file is not in git repo
[x] too many open files error
[x] check if it really filters for text files
[x] - git user column is too narrow, tighten 'lines' instead
[x] - url.lines ignores empty lines, then line number is inaccurate
