As a product owner I want users to have quick and easy access to the user's community/forum, in order to be informed of latest news, practices, tips, etc.
Acceptance criteria:
The site should offer an option/menu item to access the user's community/forum (it can be a single 'Forum' link on the top nav bar and/or somewhere else).
Clicking on the link should redirect the user to the main forum url, and make use of SSO feature if user is signed in on the site (see #19).
