As a user I want to be able to contact multiple users -who have rated/entered jobs for a given service supplier- at once via the site, in order to ask them for feedback on performance, behavior, tips, etc.
Acceptance criteria:
User should be signed in (see #11) in order to perform this action.
From the list of service suppliers matching the user's search criteria (see #4), the user should be able to send a customized email to the users who have rated/entered jobs for a given supplier.
Also, from the service supplier details view (see #7), the user should be able to do the same.
In both views, an option labeled 'Solicitar feedback!' (or something similar) should trigger a new view allowing the user to customize the body of the message, and having the subject with a fixed value as 'Pedido de feedback - manodeobra.com.ar' (or something similar).
The system should search for the email addresses associated to users who have rated/entered jobs for the selected service supplier, and send the email to those (only to the users willing to provide feedback - see #33).
NOTE: the option to request feedback should only be displayed for those suppliers with users who have rated/entered jobs with them, AND have at least one user willing to provide feedback.
If there are no ratings/jobs associated to the supplier OR there are, but none of the users is willing to provide feedback, then the option should not be displayed.
When multiple users have rated/entered jobs for the selected service supplier, the different destination addresses should go in Bcc field. (and those emails should not even be displayed on the UI - so the users not wanting to reply this particular request remain uncovered/hidden).
The 'From' field should be pre-populated with the user's email address.
NOTE: not part of this story, but just to remember, the system should store records of the contact event, including the users contacted and the service supplier for which feedback is being requested, in order to get any possible statistics in the future (e.g.: 'service suppliers for which most feedback is requested')

If there are no ratings/jobs associated to the supplier OR there are, but none of the users is willing to provide feedback, then the option should not be displayed.
