Notes

I think Any NPC replaces mod is not the issue since people have downloaded and used it without issues. This feels like it must be a dependency issue because it either gets stuck at the OREStool phase or terminates at copying from cache. And this has happened on two different PCs so far. I cannot find out what to do (not so good with js myself) so help is appreciated...

Please send any temp folders in your SMF folder after an unsuccessful deploy through https://wormhole.app or another file sharing service.

I am experiencing a similar issue on Nobara 40 running this through wine. The issue is inconsistent and doesn't seem to have a discernible cause despite strace showing it always failing on a read. Deploy.log and temp folders below:
