Notes

Time of day mod is surely causing the issue, and for some reason every single mod that replaces disguises also don't work.

Looks like something went wrong when copying something from the cache. Try deleting the cache folder in the Simple Mod Framework folder and reapply mods.

I deleted cache and also tried disabling every other mod and it still keeps displaying this error:
